The first thing many people think about when they hear the term “wealth management” is finding someone to help them manage their investments. And managing investment portfolios is certainly a key component of the wealth management process.
Investment management starts with identifying your investing goals and values and determining your level of risk tolerance. Based on these, we can then build a customized investment portfolio designed to achieve your goals within a specified timeframe while staying within the risk boundaries you have determined are comfortable for you.
We utilize a wide range of investment vehicles across all the main asset classes in the construction of our clients’ portfolios. These include:
- Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and Mutual funds (both actively and passively managed)
- Taxable and tax-free bonds
- Real estate
- Alternative investments
Once an investment plan is put into place, constant review and monitoring are required to keep the plan on track. Your circumstances will change over time, as will the investment markets, so your plan needs to be fluid and adaptable to change with them. We regularly review and rebalance our clients’ investment portfolios as necessary to reflect these changes. Clients receive monthly statements from the custodian and have access to on-demand reports to keep them apprised of changes that are made and how their portfolios are performing.
